These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of kwiphoto.com (the "Site"), operated by Kyle Weaver Imagery ("KWI Photography," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Intellectual property

All photographs, images, graphics, and written content on this Site are the exclusive property of Kyle Weaver and are protected by United States and international copyright law. The copyright notice © Kyle Weaver applies to all visual content unless otherwise noted.

No image or content from this Site may be downloaded, screenshotted, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used in any form without prior written permission from Kyle Weaver. This applies equally to personal, editorial, and commercial use.

Permitted use

You may access and browse the Site for personal, non-commercial viewing. You may share links to pages on this Site on social media or in personal communications, provided no images are reproduced without authorization.

Prohibited use

The following are strictly prohibited without prior written consent:

• Reproducing, copying, or mirroring any image from this Site.
• Using any image in print, digital, or broadcast media.
• Using any image for commercial purposes, advertising, or AI training datasets.

Print purchases

When you purchase a fine-art print, you are purchasing a single physical print for personal display only. The sale of a print does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or license to use the image digitally or commercially. Prints may not be resold, reproduced, or publicly displayed for commercial gain.

All sales are final unless the print arrives damaged or materially different from what was ordered. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if there is an issue.

Image licensing

Licenses for editorial, commercial, advertising, or other use of images are available separately. To inquire about licensing, please contact kyle@kwiphoto.com with details about your intended use.

User-submitted content

If you contact us or submit content (such as comments or testimonials), you grant KWI Photography a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for internal purposes and, with your consent, for promotional use. We will never publish your name or contact details without permission.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party sites and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

Disclaimers
